Position Summary
The CEO drives long-range strategy, revenue growth, and culture for a modern law practice—transforming legal talent into a scalable business that delights clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute 3- and 5-year strategic plans aligned with profitability and client-service KPIs.
- Lead the C-suite (COO, Marketing, HR, Finance) and report to firm partners.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation, ensuring disciplined growth.
- Champion reputation management, community outreach, and media relations to keep My Rights Law top-of-mind for referrals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years senior leadership in legal or professional services.
- Proven record scaling people-centric organizations and building high-performing teams.
- MBA, JD, or comparable executive credential preferred.
