Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA • On-site or Remote (Remote candidates must work Pacific Time Zone hours)

Fluent in English and Spanish required • Prior criminal defense intake and client retention experience required.
Role Highlights
Be the front line of My Rights Law. This is a client-focused intake position for an experienced criminal defense intake professional with a proven track record of converting qualified leads into retained clients. Your primary responsibility is to build trust, address concerns, and guide qualified prospective clients through the decision to retain the firm.
- Speak with prospective clients and families seeking immediate legal help with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Build trust, understand the caller’s concerns, communicate the firm’s value, address questions and concerns, and confidently guide qualified prospective clients through the retention process.
- Discuss legal fees and payment options and guide clients through the retention and payment process.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients throughout the decision-making process.
- Accurately manage leads, follow-up activity, and client communications in the firm’s CRM.
Skills: Proven criminal defense intake, sales, and client retention experience; fluent in English and Spanish; strong sales, communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills; ability to connect with callers with empathy while confidently guiding them toward hiring the firm.
Position Details
- On-site or remote
- Fluency in both English and Spanish required
- Must have a proven track record of successfully converting prospective criminal defense clients into retained clients
- Must be comfortable discussing legal fees, addressing questions and concerns, and asking prospective clients to retain the firm
- Must be comfortable working in a CRM and accurately documenting lead activity, follow-up activity, and client communications
- Must have a disciplined and consistent approach to lead follow-up
- Must be available to handle intake calls during assigned hours, which may include evenings and weekends
- Must be empathetic, confident, results-driven, and able to effectively guide prospective clients through the decision-making process
