Director of Intake (Bilingual Preferred)

Location: Rancho Cucamonga • On-site

Recruit, train, and QA a team of intake specialists.
Build automated follow-up sequences.
Report weekly on lead volume, speed-to-answer, and signed-case percentages.

Must-Haves

3–5 years intake or call-center leadership (legal a plus), CRM expertise, stellar phone presence.
