Felipe works closely with the firm's attorneys by conducting initial case screenings, gathering critical details, and managing client information using our client retention management system. This attention to detail is crucial during the onboarding process so that our legal team can focus on high-value legal work.
Prior to joining My Rights Law, Felipe spent several years in client services roles, including those in Family Law, Immigration Law, Business Law, and Real Estate, which allowed him to grow his understanding and implementation of better client care processes. Felipe holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business from San Diego State University and speaks English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
When he is not assisting clients and is away from the office, he likes to spend quality time with his loved ones, making time for faith-based activities, taking part in cultural events, and sightseeing throughout the Inland Empire and the beautiful Southern California coast.
