Isaac Salcedo

Isaac Salcedo is a Certified Paralegal, where he provides litigation support to attorneys representing clients in criminal defense matters. He is committed to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring each case is handled with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. Isaac understands that the legal process can be overwhelming and strives to help clients feel informed and supported throughout every stage of their case.

Before joining My Rights Law, Isaac served as a Paralegal at Wallin & Klarich, A Law Corporation, where he assisted attorneys through all phases of litigation, including legal research, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and court filings. His experience includes drafting pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery; preparing trial exhibits; coordinating court filings; managing litigation deadlines; and communicating with clients, courts, law enforcement agencies, and expert witnesses. Isaac began his legal career as an Administrative Assistant before advancing to a Paralegal role, allowing him to develop a comprehensive understanding of both law firm operations and litigation. His long-term goal is to become an attorney, and he is dedicated to continually expanding his legal knowledge and practical experience to become a well-rounded advocate for his future clients.

Isaac earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Fullerton, an Associate of Arts in History from Fullerton College, and Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies and an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from Santa Ana College.
