She consistently acted as the first point of contact for prospective clients and supported attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.
Earlier in her career, she served for over seven years with 211 Community Connect’s Alternative Sentencing Program as a Case Manager Supervisor, Youth Coordinator, and PREA Ombudsman. In this role, she supervised department operations, monitored clients on probation, acted as a liaison between courts, probation, and community agencies, and advocated for the rights of incarcerated youth in Riverside County Juvenile Halls. She also investigated and resolved grievances involving allegations of sexual assault, harassment, or mistreatment.
She began her professional career as an Administrative Assistant and Notary Public with Hispano Americana Professional Services, where she managed administrative operations and client services.
