Attorney Ryan Burke is a seasoned criminal defense litigator with extensive experience inside the San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office. As a former prosecutor, he understands how cases are evaluated, charged, and argued by the state, and he uses that insight to build strategic, results-driven defenses for his clients.
Mr. Burke previously served in the San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office Appellate Division, where he handled complex criminal appeals and post-conviction matters. He brings deep appellate experience in complex criminal matters, with a strong command of appellate strategy, legal writing, and procedural precision.
In addition to his litigation and appellate work, Attorney Burke has spoken publicly on significant constitutional issues. Most recently, he was quoted by The Christian Post after advocating on behalf of a filmmaker arrested while documenting street preaching outside a Planned Parenthood facility in Pomona. Mr. Burke emphasized that the incident raised serious First Amendment concerns involving free speech, free press, and equal protection under the law.
