It is open to all ages and skill level, and on its 14th installment, Friends of the Pacific Electric Trail started promoting the festival. It is a fun day for the entire family as well as an opportunity to raise funds that go towards the maintenance and improvement of the 21-mile regional Pacific Electric trail.
The event aims to turn the Pacific Electric trail into a multi-purpose recreation trail for residents of Rancho Cucamonga. While the cycling events are not timed, the running events are. So, you might want to get into shape before registering for the race.
Spring Moves to Town Square
Movie fans in Rancho Cucamonga have something to look forward to every spring. The Victoria Gardens Chaffey Town Square hosts free movies. Attendees may come out with prizes with the annual Spring Moves to Town Square raffle. The event is family-friendly, so everyone can tag along. There are tons of activities, including sampling some of the tastiest bites in the city as well as live music performances. All movies are rated PG. You’ll have to bring your own blanket, lawn chair and snacks. Make sure you bring enough for the whole family and skip dinner.
