Mr. Daly continued his volunteer work at UCLA by participating in the Watts Tutorial Program, where he not only tutored but also shared his culinary expertise by providing his special chili to the students.

The story shifts North, as Mr. Daly was accepted to UC Hastings College of the Law, located in San Francisco, California. Mr. Daly continued serving his community by participating in GAAP (General Assistance Advocacy Project) where he helped low-income clients with a myriad of legal issues. Testimonials

“The absolute best attorney i have ever seen in action bar none…”

– DA

“I hired Roderick almost a year and a half ago. I was in a very dark time back then. I am forever grateful and thankful for Rory. He helped me out more than I could ever imagine. It’s been a long journey, but he left me very at peace and went above and beyond to take care of me. I pray I never have any family or friends that go through my situation, but if I ever have anyone to send Roderick’s way, I will always recommend him without a doubt.”

“Roderick is by far the best attorney I’ve dealt with. I came to his office with two serious felonies. Gang Enhancement and possession of a loaded fire arm, I was scared. His office laid out the facts for me, they offered a small reasonable retainer fee, they even offered payment plans but i just paid in full that day to let them know i was serious! All of this was during COVID-19. Roderick was able to go to court for me every single time with out me even being present. i moved out of state during all this due to covid and he communicated all the important fatcs to me, i honestly didnt even do anything other than just wait. i just had a court date on 02/05/2021 and they dropped the gang charge and lowered the firearm from a felony to a simple misdemeanor. all i have to do now is pay a $250.00 fine and 1 year of informal probation. i could have faced over 5 years in prison. Thanks to Roderick I’m able to still live my life and travel freely with no restrictions. He seriously saved my life. RODERICK IS THE MAN WITH A PLAN!”

“Rory, took good care of me from beginning to the very end of my case. He was very helpful with any questions I had, broke down what was to be expected of me, and what I was to expect in the future. I was always kept updated with current data throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a criminal defense lawyer.”

“Where do I begin…I guess I will start with my case. A few years back I made some poor decisions, and one of them was getting arrested for the sale of Hydrocodone . If you don’t know what that is, they are Vicodin pills. This was a federal case and I was facing 10-20 years in prison in an indictment. The first thing that Mr. Daly was able to do was get me out of Jail on bail. Trust me, you don’t want to fight you’re case while you are in jail. During my arraignment, Mr. Daly was able to convince the Judge and prosecuting attorney to put me in rehab which the federal system payed for. I was in rehab for 5 months awaiting my court date and sentencing. After completing my rehab I was allowed to head home to continue fighting my case. The whole time I was in rehab Mr. Daly was communicating with a federal second chance program called CASA. It was a miracle that I was one of the 7 percent of the applicants that were admitted into the CASA program. I had to do my part by staying out of trouble, completing the rehab, and other courses, but ultimately Mr. Daly got me in to the CASA program. Long story short, I completed the CASA program in 1 year and graduated. Upon graduation Mr. Daly was also able to negotiate to have my records sealed. I am now going on 4 years sober, almost completed my undergraduate business degree, and looking to open a business soon. Without the opportunity of this second chance, I would be in federal prison waisting my life away. Thank your Mr. Daly for all the time and effort you put into fighting for my freedom.”
