There are many different levels of Alcohol Education that are offered. Typically, in order to enroll in one of the programs, it must be referred or ordered, either by the court or the DMV. A driver whose license was suspended and who wants to obtain a restricted license must either enroll in or complete alcohol education courses to obtain his or her restricted license.
